For Pick-Up at the Convention
Every year MerMagic Con works with a variety of small businesses within the Mermaid Community to bring you practical and durable items you can love for years to come. In an effort to reduce waste and protect the environment, MerMagic Con opperates on a pre-order system: place your order here and bring your order confirmation to pick up your merch at check-in!
This system reduces our carbon footprint and overproduction while allowing us to support small businesses and even customize products with your name!
Because we don’t buy our stock in bulk, these items may not be available for sale the convention so preoder to secure your merch today!
The deadline varies for each item and is listed on that item’s check out page.
For MerMagic Con 2025:
– Deadline to order hooded towels, with or without customization, is January 19th 2025
– Deadline to order XL towels, with our without customization, is February 15th 2025
– Deadline to order Standard Towels is February 15th 2025
MerMagic Con works with a variety of small buisnesses to create ethically produced merchandise for the convention. Since different artists make different items, orders are separated by item so they can be sent to the correct artist. This page is a way for you to conveniently see all licensed and official MerMagic Con merch in one place, but you may also see these items advertised by the artist themselves on social media or through their normal sales channels.
MerMagic Con merch is produced in small batches by small businesses with the intention of it being provided exclusively for convention attendees. In line with this goal, merch is typically only available for pick up AT the convention and cannot be shipped. This reflects our goals of reducing carbon footprint and supporting small businesses who may not be set up for shipping or online sales.
Some artists and products are able to be shipped directly, and if so it is noted as an option in the listing.
At the convention!
You can pick up your order during hours starting during Friday night registration, at the MerMagic Con Merch Table.
On Saturday and Sunday, stop by the MerMagic Con information booth in the vendor hall to pick up your order between the hours of 9am and 4pm
Please bring your order confirmation numbers. You may be asked to verify contact or order information to pick up your order.
All orders that are not available to ship can be picked up at the convention ONLY. Our check out system faces some difficulties in understanding production times and may have shown you a random date upon which you can pick it up. Ignore that.
All preorders are only available to be picked up from the convention during convention hours.
Please bring your order confirmation numbers. You may be asked to verify contact or order information to pick up your order.
Shipping is not provided by the convention.
In the event that you are prevented from attending the convention we recommend authorizing a friend to pick up your order for you, or reaching out to us at MerMagicCon@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Any and all items not picked up prior to 4pm on Sunday will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
In order to keep prices low and support the small businesses that produce these items, our merch is made to order and there are no refunds.
It is crucial that you submit your customization text WITH the order, and select the appropriate price for your level of customization.

Many of our items are exclusively available by preorder. Depending on the artist and the stock on hand, some items may still be available at the event, but the only way to guarantee you can get the merch you want is to pre-order by the deadline.
