For Pick-Up at the Convention

MerMagic Con raffle prizes are sponsored by our partners and are exclusively available to people attending the convention in person. Therefor you must put your physical raffle ticket, complete with your contact information, in the physical raffle box at the convention itself.
While tickets are being sold online this year, you must pick them up at the convention to enter the raffles in person.

You can pick up your order during hours starting during Friday night registration, at the MerMagic Con Merch Table.
On Saturday and Sunday, stop by the MerMagic Con information booth in the vendor hall to pick up your order between the hours of 9am and 4pm
Please bring your order confirmation numbers. You may be asked to verify contact or order information to pick up your order.
All orders that are not available to ship can be picked up at the convention ONLY. Our check out system faces some difficulties in understanding production times and may have shown you a random date upon which you can pick it up. Ignore that.
All preorders are only available to be picked up from the convention during convention hours.
MerMagic Con works with a variety of small buisnesses to create ethically produced merchandise for the convention. Since different artists make different items, orders are separated by item so they can be sent to the correct artist. This page is a way for you to conveniently see all licensed and official MerMagic Con merch in one place, but you may also see these items advertised by the artist themselves on social media or through their normal sales channels.

Your tickets must be filled out and physically in a raffle basket in order to be eligible for the raffle.
In the event that you are prevented from attending the convention we recommend authorizing a friend to pick up your order for you, or reaching out to us at MerMagicCon@gmail.com to make arrangements.
Any and all items not picked up prior to 4pm on Sunday will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
In order to keep prices low and support the small businesses that produce these items, our merch is made to order and there are no refunds.
